As the first big storms of the season settle over the Wasatch Back, we find ourselves doing what we do every December: looking back at a year of building, and forward to the families who will wake up in these homes on Christmas morning. Here is our reflection on 2025 at Germania Construction.
Homes Delivered, Stories Started
Every home we completed this year began as a conversation, a sketch, a walk on raw land. Watching those conversations become finished residences, including our showcase home in The Preserve, never stops feeling like a privilege. The keys we handed over this year unlock more than doors; they open decades of family history yet to be written.
What We Learned This Year
- Wellness spaces went mainstream: nearly every project now includes sauna, steam, or cold plunge.
- Warm modern kept maturing: richer wood tones, deeper textures, quieter palettes.
- Entertainment leveled up: golf simulators and full home bars became standard requests.
- Craft still wins: in a fast world, clients invest in what is built slowly and correctly.
