Craig Mogel

In 1990, Germania Founder, Craig Mogel arrived in Park City, Utah with a singular passion for mountain sports. Craig quickly realized his passion for mountain home construction and the art of crafting unique, efficient, and timeless custom luxury homes.

Named after his favorite chairlift at Alta Ski Resort, Craig went on to found Germania Construction in 1999 and has spent the last 20-plus years helping people make their dreams of mountain living a reality. In that time, Germania Construction has grown with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship, while developing, refining, and mastering the art of custom luxury home building.

Now, Germania meticulously constructs many of the most unique private mountain residences in Utah and proudly claims our clients as valued friends.
